To ensure our core processes in Finance, Controlling & Supply Chain aren’t just solid, but
smartly integrated, we’re looking for you:

A Product Owner with technical understanding, strategic oversight, and the drive to truly
improve things. You'll own the connection between our ERP systems and surrounding tools via iPaaS platforms. You're responsible for the ERP-side of the integration: capturing requirements, understanding system logic, designing data flows, and translating it all into real solutions together with our integration team. You’ll work closely with an experienced domain expert and a hands-on, motivated integration team.

What you'll be doing:

You act as the Product Owner for all ERP-related integrations, especially around Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P).
You understand the internal ERP system structure and know how data flows across the system – from bookings and orders to invoicing and reporting.
You collaborate closely with Integration Engineers and iPaaS developers, owning the ERP side of use cases.
You analyze interface requirements, prioritize features, and translate them into clear user stories for the iPaaS team.
You support releases, review payloads, and help shape logging, monitoring, and error handling strategies.
You are the bridge between ERP, integration teams, and the business – hands-on, precise, and solution-focused.

Dein Profil

What you should bring:

3+ years of experience in a tech-oriented ERP role – such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Integration Consultant.
Solid understanding of business processes like Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) – especially from a systems and data flow perspective.
Familiarity with iPaaS concepts – ideally, hands-on experience with tools like Workato (nice to have).
Strong analytical mindset – you love clean data flows and can turn complex technical requirements into actionable user stories.
You think in interfaces, triggers, payloads, queues, and exceptions – and always aim for the scalable solution.
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
Experience with NetSuite is a big plus.
