Deine Aufgaben

Your area as Demand Planner (m/f/d):

You will generate SKU-level demand forecasts based on historical data, promotional calendars, trend analysis, and real-time sales performance.
You will build and manage monthly rolling forecasts by analyzing sales trends, market demand, and seasonality.
You adjust in-season forecasts and plans dynamically to meet business goals and improve product availability.
Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales performance; propose stock replenishments or markdown actions as needed.
You will create regular best and worst seller reports (ROS, Weeks Cover, Terminal Stock).
You will conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, sell-through rates, and stock coverage
You will analyze and prepare the existing inventory actions according to inventory clusters (NOS, A-stock, B-stock, C-stock).
You will take on ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decisions.
Track key KPIs including stock turnover, out-of-stock rate, and forecasting accuracy.
You will do regular return analysis to better understand the return reasons and will advise to relevant teams to help reduce the return rates.
Support campaign and collection launch planning with accurate demand projections
Work with BI and analytics teams to build reports, dashboards, and tools for better decision-making
Work closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure alignment and information sharing.

Dein Profil

Your strengths that we need in our team:

You have initial experience in the field of demand planning, sales analytics, and inventory management - fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry preferred.
You have strong analytical thinking skills and can prepare and interpret complex data in an understandable way.
You are confident in using Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and ideally have experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and have a solution-oriented mindset.
You are a strong communicator and can present your analyses in a clear and understandable way – in both German and English.
You enjoy working with data and deriving strategies for sales and inventory optimization from it.
You are a team player, but you also have initiative and drive your topics forward independently.
In the best case, you have a degree in business administration, business informatics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification.
