• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in social media marketing, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or sportswear industry.
• A personal passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the fitness lifestyle and influencer landscape.
• Strong skills in influencer scouting, outreach, and relationship building, with a sharp eye for authenticity and brand fit.
• A creative mindset with a strong sense for content design, digital trends, and social storytelling.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to bring ideas to life, build community, and drive results.

Our home office model:
From the third month onwards, you will have the opportunity to work one day a week in the home office.
 
You will work closely with your manager to organise the location of your home office days - for an optimal work-life balance.
