Your Role as Team Lead Social Media - International (f/m/d):

Based at our office in Ansbach, you will be the connecting link between our local Social Media Managers in the markets, ensuring alignment and collaboration across regions.
You support management in developing and executing our global social media strategy.
You manage and nurture relationships with fitness influencers and social media partners across international markets.
You proactively scout and onboard new influencer partners who authentically align with our brand values and community.
You bring a strong understanding of the fitness industry and its key players, using this knowledge to shape impactful collaborations.
You support with the planning and organization of influencer events that drive engagement and strengthen our brand presence globally.
You actively manage our global social media community, fostering genuine interactions and meaningful connections.
Occasional travel is required to attend events, support local teams, and maintain strong personal connections with key influencers.

Dein Profil

Your strengths that we need in our team:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – or equivalent professional training and relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in social media marketing, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or sportswear industry.
A personal passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the fitness lifestyle and influencer landscape.
Strong skills in influencer scouting, outreach, and relationship building, with a sharp eye for authenticity and brand fit.
A creative mindset with a strong sense for content design, digital trends, and social storytelling.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
A proactive attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to bring ideas to life, build community, and drive results.
