Access Logs ("Server Logs")
Each time this recruiting site is accessed, general log data, known as server logs, is automatically collected. These data are usually pseudonyms and therefore do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a natural person. Without these data, it would be technically impossible to deliver and display the content of the software. Additionally, the processing of these data is absolutely necessary for security reasons, particularly for access, input, transfer, and storage control. Furthermore, the anonymous information can be used for statistical purposes as well as for optimizing the offer and technology. The log files can also be checked and evaluated retrospectively if there is suspicion of illegal use of the software. The legal basis for this can be found in § 15 para. 1 Telemedia Act (TMG) and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Generally, data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system, the IP address, and the timestamp of access to the software are recorded. The scope of this logging does not exceed the usual scope of any other website on the internet. The storage duration of these access logs is up to 7 days. There is no right to object.

Error Logs
For the purpose of identifying and fixing errors, so-called error logs are created. This is absolutely necessary to be able to react as quickly as possible to any problems with the display and implementation of content (legitimate interest). These data are usually pseudonyms and therefore do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a natural person. The legal basis for this can be found in § 15 para. 1 TMG and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. In the event of an error message, general data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system, the IP address, and the timestamp of the occurrence of the corresponding error message/specification are recorded. The storage duration of these error logs is up to 7 days. There is no right to object.
